If your talking about rewards accounts, this is the right general area for your request. It can take a few days, but one of the reps should be with you shortly to assist!
I am not a forum moderator nor voice of corporate. One of the corporate moderators will be with you as soon as they can for the official response from Best Buy. The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a while for a response.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

As you can probably tell, we have processed a few merges here and there over the years. Smiley Wink  The name tied to each rewards account would need to match for a merge to be processed.  It is intended for a rewards account to be used by one member with that member not sharing their benefits, points, or certificates with anyone else.  That includes family members.  You and your wife should each have separate rewards accounts that are linked to your individual BestBuy.com account.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will take a closer look to see what can potentially be done.

A merge request you say?  Well, you have definitely come to the right place!  I should have no problem processing a merge if the rewards accounts in-question share the same information, most importantly, the name tied to each is the same.  Any points, certificates, tier status, and spend total in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.

 

Before I can do anything though, I will need to gather some additional information from you.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, and I will take a closer look at your rewards accounts to see if a merge is possible.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that is labeled "Private Message."

I have multiple reward accounts. How do I combine all the accounts so I can get the most of my rewards?

Does this thread answer your question? Smiley Wink  We should have no problem merging your rewards accounts, as long as they share the same information.  Any active points, certificates, spend total, and tier status in the secondary rewards account should transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.  The only thing that may not transfer is actual purchase history.  Please send us a private message with the information listed below by clicking here.

Multiple accounts for rewards

I have been told in store that I have multiple rewards numbers and I would like to merge them together. Is there a way to do this? Is there an email address that I can reach out to? I feel like I have rewards that I can’t see
