I received a snail mail 10% Birthday coupon that expires today (7/31) but I don't see a place or way to use it on the payment page. I went to the bestbuy.com/myjulybirthdayoffer site and clicked through the link and logged in, but it doesn't apply in checkout nor payment. How do I use it?

Welcome to the Best Buy forum.
Happy (belated) Birthday!!! While we generally send the birthday coupons via email, we do still send a few via regular mail. Those specific coupons are not already tied to a rewards account, which is why a member is directed to the listed website to activate their coupon. Once the coupon has been activated, it should be displayed on the final page of checkout on BestBuy.com as long as an eligible item is in the shopping cart.
Were you able to utilize the coupon before it expired? If not, then please feel free to send me a private message with the information listed below and I will take a closer look at your rewards account. A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
