In my opinion, the Magnolia section that is in some of our stores can be rather intimidating. I just hear what my mom use to tell me anytime we went into a store with high dollar items "Don't tough anything." But a $4,500 purchase could result in a lot of points, so let's see what we can figure out.
It can take upwards of 30 days for points from an eligible Magnolia or Pacific Sales purchase to officially post to a member's rewards account, and that time frame would start after any scheduled deliveries have been completed. Do you see a rewards ID number displayed on your receipt or invoice? If not, then it could just be that your rewards account was not attached to the invoice.
While a Magnolia or Pacific Sales invoice can't be reported as "missing" on BestBuy.com, we may just need to find another way of making sure points find their way to your rewards account if the purchase did qualify.
