I recently made a large purchase through Best Buy / Magnolia and opened up the credit card to get 10% cash back. Over 30 days later, I still have not gotten the points back and am mostly getting the run around from everyone at corporate.
Has anyone else had this problem before?

Receiving 10% back in rewards on a Magnolia purchase would be incredibly exciting, so I know I would be keeping a close eye out for the points to post as well. It sounds like you've got the timing right, as Magnolia purchases may take up to 30 days to post (from delivery, if chosen). I would be happy to take a closer look at what may be going on. I am having this same issue, purchased an almost $9k home theater system and no record of the purchase online and no points showing up. The store just keeps telling me to wait. Only have the Magnolia receipt which doesn't have the infomration needed to track missing points. Very frustrating.
