All rewards are gone from my account. I tried using them twice and was told I wasn't spending enough to cash them in. Now that I have a big purchase they are gone. There were hundreds of dollars there! What do I do?

Hi there GeoffNeboska and welcome!
Thank you for being a My Best Buy member! Having hundreds of dollars in certificates disappear would be frustrating to say the least, especially if you had smaller purchases you wished to redeem them on previously. As you may now be aware though, certificates may only be redeemed on purchases where the pre-tax total is more than the certificate. Please feel welcome to review our My Best Buy Program Terms for more details.
With that said, I can imagine you were pretty disappointed to finally have a larger purchase to redeem them on and not be able to locate them. It sounds like your certificates may have expired, as rewards are typically valid for 60 days unless otherwise noted. Once expired we aren't generally able to redeem them. More information on expired certificates can be found in the post below.

I would be happy to look further into this with you though to see exactly what happened. Please see that I am sending you a private message to gather some additional information. Thanks for reaching out!
I appreciate you becoming a My Best Buy member. It's a great way to earn a lot and save even more when you shop with us. The points can add up quick which then means you'll earn certificates you can use on future purchases. That being said, please note that any purchases made prior to becoming a My Best Buy member would not qualify for the earning of points or other rewards. The purchase itself should still show in your Purchase History, but only purchases done after becoming a member qualify. I know this isn't the answer you may have wanted to hear but please feel free to let me know any further questions you may have.
