In store order not showing in purchase history

Hi,

 

My In Store Order is also not showing in my Purchase History.

 

I bought using my BestBuy Credit Card so I have the CC transaction details:

 

10/06 BEST BUY, Greensboro, NC

Reference Number: {removed per forum guidelines}

Amount: $ 1,175.87
APPLIANCE
PROMOTIONAL PURCHASE: To avoid interest charges, please pay the above in full by 04/20/2020. Monthly payments required.

 

It is a SAMSUNG washer machine.

 

Please let me know what happened and why this purchase is not showing up.

Do you know if you have more than one My Best Buy™ membership? If I recall correctly, if you don't have a membership when you sign up for the Best Buy Credit Card, one will be created for you. Maybe you have two and don't know it, and your Best Buy Credit Card is attached to the membership that you don't usually use.

 

If you're wanting to find a receipt or proof of purchase for this, these steps may help.

Hi,

 

No, I don't.... and all purchases made with my BestBuy CC so far are automatically linked to my Purchase History (my current membership) - except this one.

 

So it doesn't make sense only this purchase gets linked to some other membership.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

Sam is thinking what I am thinking.  It sounds like you may have more than one rewards account and a merge is needed. The merge process came in handy a few years ago when I somehow ended up with three rewards accounts of my own. Any active points or certificates in the secondary rewards account would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.  The only thing that wouldn't transfer is actual purchase history.  Please send me a private message with the details below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will take a closer look.
