I haven’t receive any points including review and purchase

At the binging of the review it said that I would review 25 points for each review. However, I haven’t received any for 6 of my reviews and 2 purchases. I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with my account?

Thank you for connecting with us regarding your My Best Buy rewards points! Receiving rewards for purchases and reviews is always exciting. I would be seeking answers too if things were posting without points.

 

In regards to the review points, please know that under the bonus details, there is a limit of 200 points per calendar year, which is equal to eight reviews. Beyond this, no points would be awarded for your reviews. For more information, you may view the details here. Please know that while you may review your My Best Buy point history to see where you stand, the verbiage you mentioned seeing is standard and would not update once you've reached this limit. I imagine if you're not receiving points for your latest reviews, that you've reached this limit. 

As for your purchases, please know that points may take 15-20 days to post per our My Best Buy Terms. If your purchases are beyond this time frame, please feel welcome to let us know, and we'll be delighted to look further into this with you. 

I know some of this information may not have been what you hoped to hear, but I hope it clarifies your experience.
