Welcome to the Best Buy forum! I wish we could have met under better circumstances. Having issues with a My Best Buy certificate wouldn’t be fun, particularly if you have something in mind that you want to buy right now.

 

I’d love to take a closer look at your situation. Can you tell me a little more about what’s happening? It’s my understanding that My Best Buy rewards certificates are simply added to your account if they have been issued, so I’m not sure what you mean regarding a code activation. To review your account, please also send over your full name, phone number, email address, and My Best Buy member ID number in a private message.
