A friend of mine purchased a laptop back in December, but used my best buy credit card to pay for it. She just remembered about the reward certificate she was supposed to receive, but it has now expired. I didn't see the email about the reward certificate in my inbox, until I searched for it today. Without seeing the email, we weren't aware that it had an expiration date. Is there any way someone can help me with this issue please? We'd really appreciate it if she can get the reward for the purchase she made. Thank you.
