I've got a couple of certificates that I redeemed my points for and even built a shopping cart with that I ended up neglecting after there was an issue with my BBuy credit card (through no fault of my own). By the time I resolved it, the certificates expired.
Who do I contact to get these reinstated?

Welcome to our forums! As you can see by perusing our forums, having a reward certificate expire before you’re able to use it can be a pretty common, and pretty disappointing experience. You’re not alone, Stangsdado, and you’ve certainly come to the right place for help.
So you’re aware, once a reward certificate is issued to your My Best Buy™ rewards account, the certificate will expire 60 days from the date it’s been issued, unless otherwise noted on the certificate. This expiration date can be found on the certificate itself, or the email confirming the certificate has been issued.
While we’ll generally be unable to reissue a certificate once its expired, I’d like to review your account further, and make sure you’re utilizing all options available to you, so you might avoid a similar experience in the future.
