I have been purchasing products in Best Buy since I was a teenager because I like the service, friendly staffs and of course the savings.
I received reward certificate earlier in the year. I kept refrained from using them actually because I thought I could use any time I want. However when I was about to make a new purchase, I was surprised that it was gone. And I never received any notification that remind me the expiration date. When I searched back the orignal e-mail of granting the certificates, I found them expire at 10/28/2019 in very small letter. That's was only a few days ago.
I wish I could get them back and use them for my upcoming purchases. Would anyone able to look into it?

Thank you for being a My Best Buy member and registering with the forum! Finding you’ve had a My Best Buy reward certificate expire just a couple days after the expiration date would have me seeking options as well. I know if I let one slip by me, I feel like I've definitely missed out.
Our My Best Buy Terms advise that certificates typically have 60 days to be redeemed, unless otherwise noted. Once expired, we’re generally unable to reissue them. We do our best to make our customers aware a certificate has been issued, as we send out email notifications that include the expiration date. As emails may be filtered, overlooked, or even blocked though, we recommend members manage their rewards from BestBuy.com, where certificates can be viewed as well. As these are ultimately discount coupons, they would include an expiration date. For more details, you may view the article below.
