I recently bought a stove that was installed today. During the installation, I decided to buy the 5-year Standard Geek Squad protection. I received an email receipt and I see it on my account when I look at my protection plans.
It does not show up in my purchases and it does not look like I'm earning points for it or receiving credit towards elite status. How do I correct this so I earn points for the purchase?

Welcome back to the forums. Congrats on your new stove. Buying that Geek Squad Protection Plan was a good idea.
Have you tried adding the missing transaction to your account as described here? That ought to help you get this all fixed up.

Thank you for your response. I attempted to enter the missing transaction, but the order number I received for the Geek Squad protection plan is not a valid order number, according to your website. I don’t remember if I mentioned it, but the Geek Squad protection plan was added on during delivery and installation of the stove.
