Hello! I received a $10 e-certificate for a canceled order last June 26. When I'm about to use it earlier this morning, the page hung after hitting "place order" and so i refreshed. Upon entering the code again, it won't accept anymore. I used a laptop upon ordering, I understand that there's a problem redeeming thru mobile. Please help!
