Did not receive credit for complete in store purchase under my Best Buy Rewards account

During a recent in-store purchase on 10/10, I signed up for a new Best Buy credit card account, and used to finance my purchase. Although the pending appliance delivery order along with related accessories (order #{removed per forum guidelines}) shows up under my Best Buy rewards account (via Best Buy app), I did not receive credit for my complete purchase which listed the refrigerator, related accessories, plus multiple other items purchased on the same receipt. I could not find a way to manually add my receipt via the Best Buy app. Is it possible I have multiple BB Rewards accounts that need to be merged so I can receive proper credit for my entire purchase? It may depend on what you selected at checkout. Normally you can choose special financing or rewards but not both.

Thank you so much for taking the time to join our Community here on the Best Buy Forums. First off, congratulations on upgrading your kitchen! That is typically always a very fun and exciting time.

Moving forward, great question! As @nckhammond had stated, you do not receive any My Best Buy rewards points when opting for a promotional financing plan with our My Best Buy credit card. When checking out with a My Best Buy credit card, you can choose the promotional financing, or the My Best Buy rewards points.

With that being said, having multiple rewards account can certainly divide any points earned or purchases leading towards an My Best Buy Elite or Elite Plus tier. I can absolutely help out with that!
