I’m trying to delete one of my Best Buy account since I don’t use it but I think both account have my phone number as a primary one ..also I couldn’t log on to my first one since the guy that made my account messed up

If you do have more than one rewards account, then we should look into merging them. That is the go-to process whenever a member happens to have more than one rewards account, and certainly came in handy a few years ago when I somehow ended up with three rewards accounts of my own. While we can merge multiple rewards accounts, we cannot merge or delete BestBuy.com accounts.
