Good afternoon, YongkorngChheu,
Welcome to the Best Buy forum!
It is always a good idea to make sure the information tied to a My Best Buy™ rewards account is accurate. My wife had to update her own rewards account after we got married last year. It can help prevent potential verification issues when attaching a purchase to a rewards account or picking up a BestBuy.com order. You are not going to find the option online to change the name tied to a rewards account though because it doesn't exist. That is where we can help.
There are a couple of scenarios where we can make changes to the name tied to a rewards account, such as a simple misspelling or legal name change. In your case, it would depend on whose name was provided back when the rewards account was first created. If your brother's name was provided or your brother paid for the initial purchase attached to the rewards account, then it would belong to him. It is intended for a rewards account to be used by one member with that member not sharing their benefits, points, or certificates with anyone else. That would include family members. You should each have your own rewards accounts.
We may just end up needing to create a new rewards account for you that is solely in your name. Let's first take a closer look at the rewards account in-question though before any decisions are made. Please send me a private message with the information listed below, and I will see what I can do to help. A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
