Thanks for posting with us again! Sorry to hear about the confusion with your rewards certificate. Since it is showing up in your rewards page, it should show up for you on the final page of the check-out process to apply (right before you are prompted to confirm the order). It may not show up earlier on in the check-out process. Is this the page you are on when you are unable to see or add the certificate?

Can you please try to clear your cart, clearing your browser or app cache, logging out, then logging back in? This might fix your issue. If it doesn't please let me know!
