Certificate not showing at final check out page

Hi,

 

I am unable to use a certificate I had BB issued yesterday, it shows up in my rewards page but at checkout it shows no certificate to apply to order.

Hi, Tracid,

Thanks for posting with us again! Sorry to hear about the confusion with your rewards certificate. Since it is showing up in your rewards page, it should show up for you on the final page of the check-out process to apply (right before you are prompted to confirm the order). It may not show up earlier on in the check-out process. Is this the page you are on when you are unable to see or add the certificate?

I'm on the final page where if I click "place order" it would charge my credit card. and above the "Place Your Order" button it said "you don't have any reward certificate"

Can you please try to clear your cart, clearing your browser or app cache, logging out, then logging back in? This might fix your issue. If it doesn't please let me know!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not seeing that option during check-out. It should be noted in the My Best Buy Offers and Rewards box below the Payment Information box. Our teams at (888) 237-8289 would be happy to help you place the order if you’re still having an issue. Alternatively, your local Best Buy should also be able to assist you further, as well.
