Hello, I can’t sign in to my Best Buy account. The verification code won’t send, neither via text nor email. I’ve been trying for a few days now. All of my info is correct, it’s not in spam but my sister and I both use the same phone number for our accounts. I’ve read that could be the problem... I just want to login and purchase something using my reward certificate. Any help would be appreciated.
