Can't create account

Just show me 'Oops! Something went wrong while trying to create your account. Please try again.' again and again.

I use my phnoe number which is probably occupied by someone else before.

While an order can be placed on without logging into an account, you could potentially miss out on reward points.  I probably login to my own rewards account every other day just out of habit.  Have you ever had a or rewards account with us in the past?  If so, then that could potentially cause problems when trying to create new accounts.  You would also want to make sure the phone number you are entering is U.S. based and not associated with any freight forwarders.
