Last year I didn't receive the 10% off coupon so I came here and someone helped me "add" my birthday to my account. Now I am wondering if I would get one as my birthday is coming soon but first I need to make sure that my bithday has been actually updated and it correctly shows on my account.
Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to reconnect with us on the forum.
The My Best Buy birthday coupon is sent to a random selection of members who have a birthday attached to their rewards account. There isn't any guarantee that a member will receive one every year, as it is completely random. So, I cannot confirm whether or not you will receive a coupon this year. We generally send the birthday coupons for the month in one large batch towards the end of the previous month. This is not a coupon that we can reissue or provide upon request.
I do see that you reached out to us last year to have your birthday added to your rewards account, which Tasha did. You can always add your birthday again just to make sure. Members can now add their own birthday without having to reach out to us. I have provided a link below where you can add your birthday after logging into your rewards account, and make sure to double check any spam or junk folders your email account may have. Let us know if you have any other questions.

The link you have provided does not work. It shows: "Oops, your session has expired. Please use your browser's back button to return the previous page and try again or click here to continue shopping." when I click on it.
I am currently logged into rewards account.
