I made a purchase with an 11% bonus coupon. I only received my normal points.

How long ago did you make your purchase? The article below states that if the offer's terms and conditions were met, most points (and bonus points) should post within 20 days, or 30 days for Magnolia and Pacific Sales purchases.

Hmmm, yep that would be a bit farther out than 20 days. If the offer terms were met, something else may be going on here. A forum moderator should be by soon to look into this further for you.

Sounds like you may have received one of the "Choose Your Bonus Day" coupons offering Elite Plus members 11% back in points on a single purchase.  The time frames Sam15 provided for points to post for an eligible purchase are spot on!  How does he do that?!? If the purchase in-question was processed back in June and it qualified, then those bonus points should have posted by now. Let's take a closer look at the purchase, shall we?
