I received a birthday rewards certificate but when I try to activate it is get:

To utilize the birthday coupon, the rewards account that the coupon is tied to would need to be properly linked to a BestBuy.com account. The most common reason a member will encounter an error when trying to redeem the birthday coupon, besides an item being excluded, is that their rewards and BestBuy.com accounts are not properly linked. That could also mean you have more than one rewards account, which can easily be solved with a merge.
