My birthday was last week. Today, Sept. 4th I receive a 10% coupon for one item as a birthday present. The problem? It expired on August 31st. I called customer service and in broken English she explained that they can't re-issue it, that I have to wait until next year to get another one. But, I can apply for a credit card and get one. Are you kidding me???

Uh-oh! That certainly shouldn't be happening. Generally, the coupons are sent out to a select number of customers at the beginning of the month when their birthday falls anywhere in that month. It sounds like this may have been a hiccup somewhere along the line. I'd appreciate if you could send me a private message with your full name, email address, phone number, and birth date. I'd like to verify what's going on and see what options I may have to help.
