I did an instore pickup for an item today and used the b-day coupon and reward certs to purchase it. I was also making many preorders and one other return on the same visit. Unfortunately the gentleman picked up the wrong receipt and returned the instore pickup item we just closed out...negating my bday coupon. We tried to post void but in store registers are unable to post void online orders.
Can I get that coupon reissued to my account as it was wiped through no fault of my own. Things happen...not mad...just want to get it fixed.

With that said, I understand things went a bit awry once you made a return, as our associate may have snagged the wrong receipt.
At this time, these coupons are intended to be one-time use and we do not have a way to reissue them. I understand this is far from ideal, especially in your situation.
