Hi, I have made a purchase of Sonos Beam sounbar at my bestbuy store. But I was being checked out at the Magnolia register. I have used $30 of my rewards for the purchase.
Recently I have returned the soundbar over 2 weeks back but still have not received my reward credits back on my account even though during return the magnolia sales person mentioned that it is showing to be refunded back to my account.
Kindly help as no one appears to be able to pull up the order when I call bestbuy support and inquire.

A member should get a second opportunity to utilize the points that help create a non-bonus certificate if the purchase the certificate was applied to ended up getting returned. I would certainly hate to lose out on the chance to fully utilize points I had been awarded and would hate the same for our members. As you may read in similar threads, it can generally take up to three days for a non-bonus certificates point value to repost to a member's reward account following a return or cancellation.
I am not all that certain what the Magnolia associate was looking at following the return as he wouldn't have access to your rewards account. To gather a few more details and go over your rewards account with you, I will be sending you a private message.
