Best buy account error

Hi, I was wondering if you guys help me. I already had an account but when I try to log in the password say it is wrong, so I click on "forgot password " and when I check the email said "we don't have an account associated with this e-mail address" so when I go to create a new account, again a error pop ups. Says something like oops can't create new, try again later. Can any body help me please?
