We should be providing customers with a professional and courteous experience, and I apologize if that isn't what occurred when you reached out and spoke with several representatives. My Best Buy reward certificates are applied as pre-tax discounts, and should generally be refunded when a refund occurs, not charged. However, I'm wondering if there were more factors in play here, such as a bonus offer or promotional item that may have been deducted from your refund under our Return & Exchange Promise.
