Best Buy not honoring promotion, multiple customer service calls never fix issue

On 11/21/2019 I recieved an email as part of Best Buy's pre-Black Friday 'Beat the Rush' sale. In the promotion it clearly indicates if you spend $250 or more during this event/sale - you will recieve $25 in Best Buy rewards certificates. It states these will be deposited into your account between 12/5/2019 and 12/8/2019. As of 12/8/2019 I had still not recived them, so I called the Best Buy elite support line, the agent kept citing different promotions (pay with your Best Buy credit card and so forth) and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he got on the phone himself trying to disguise his voice (poorly) to impersonate a supervisor. I then reached out to Best Buy chat, and they said to try again if not in the account by 12/9/2019. Well, it is 12/9/2019 and the $25 in Rewards certficiates is still not in my account. I then tried today reaching out to a phone agent via {removed per forum guidelines} and was placed on hold and hung up on after describing the issue.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

With having my first child back in October, the past few months have been a complete blur.  It feels like I blinked and Black Friday was over, and now Christmas is only a few short days away.  I hope to use this weekend to play a big of catch-up.  As we grew closer to Black Friday this year, we did have a pre-Black Friday promotion offering a bonus certificate to select members that spent a specified amount at Best Buy (in-store or online) within a certain time frame.  Those members who were eligible would have received an email with the promotion details, which did state the bonus certificate should post to a member's rewards account between 12/5 - 12/8.

 

That time frame has come and gone, so all eligible members that qualified should have received their bonus certificate by now.  If you did receive an email with the offer details and spent the required amount within the promotional period but the bonus has still not posted to your rewards account, then please send me a private message and I will see what I can do to further assist.  I would just ask that you include the details listed below.  To send a private message, you would first want to login to the forum and then click on the blue button found in my signature.
