Advertised Best Buy Member Offer Was Not Sent to My Account

Hello I received an offer in the mail for a $25 reward for spending $250.  Offer said that reward would be deposited in My Best Buy account with about two weeks.  It has been over three weeks and nothing has posted.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! Receiving $25 in rewards is always exciting, but I can understand your concern that it's not showing up in your My Best Buy account as soon as expected. 

 

My understanding is that it can take up to 20 days for rewards to post, but I would be happy to take a deeper look into your account. Using the blue "Private Message" option in my signature, can you please send over your full name, phone number, and email address?
