10% birthday coupon not working

I went to place an order to use my coupon to find out it was not applied as it should have been. I did research on the forums and it was said it was supposed to be automatically applied only to find out it didn't work, and am now being charged full price. Will there be a fix or this?

First and foremost, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!  Make sure not to tell anyone what you wished for otherwise it won't come true. Smiley Wink As far as the birthday coupon, it is not automatically applied to a order on BestBuy.com but rather you would need to have selected it during checkout.  Also, the item being ordered would need to have qualified per the coupon terms for the coupon to even be an available option to select during checkout.
