Horrible customer service

We bought two lenovo laptop from Bestbuy last week. One good but one had monitor bench after 2 days using. We brought it back to Bestbuy but they refused to replace/repair it. So disappoint about Bestbuy service and we wont ever come back ever again

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Having a new computer stop working is never a good experience.

 

From your post, it sounds lie the issue may be physical damage to the screen of the computer. As noted in our Return & Exchange Promise, damaged items do not qualify to be returned.

But this is a damage from the factory. And the way Bestbuy constantly refuse to take the responsibility is so horrible.
