I’ve worked for Best Buy since 2009, with most of that time as a member of the Geek Squad. In that time, I filled a number of roles. Outside of work, I have some varied interests. I’m big into music, and try to go to shows as often as I can. I’m from Massachusetts, so I kind of have to be into sports as well. It’s just part of our culture.
I’d consider myself a social media veteran. I made my Facebook account when it was only open to people in a limited number of approved universities. I joined Twitter before the days of phone apps, when if you wanted to send a tweet from your phone you’d have to send Twitter a text message. I’ve been a member of forums and communities in the internet for many years. I’ll do my best to apply all my knowledge towards making your Best Buy experience as great as it can be.
