My Pilot had completely died. It won't even charge. I've tried to remove the battery and reset it but it still won't work. Right before it clicked off it froze for about 30 seconds, then kaput. Any suggestions on what I should do?

My first recommendation would be to replace the battery with a new one and see if that solves the problem. If not, you may need to contact Insignia Product Support at 1-877-467-4289 for additional options. I hope this helps!

Before buying a new battery, connect the USB cable to your computer and hold the power switch in the on position for about 40 seconds. If nothing comes up on your screen it is not going to help changing the battery. If your device does show connected to your computer then a new battery will help.
