I just bought this around summer/fall of last year and I am having an issue where the volume will turn all the way down intermittently. It happens every few songs and is very frustrating. It did not happen initially but started a few months after I purchased it. It's not an issue with my phone because it does not happen with any other bluetooth device I have. I've turned the device on mute as well because it would randomly start talking to me when unprompted.
Any advice? Is this a defective speaker?
