Have a Pilot 8g (#NS-8V24). Using Rhapsody-to-go service and have not previously had problems.
Erased internal and external memory recently with plan to add new music.
When attempting to transfer to both internal or external memory, receiving error message that says "unable to reset device's secure clock".
For several days now, I have tried formatting both internal and external memory. I have updated all track licenses in myLibrary.
The forum community's recommendations are welcome (I also have an email in to customer service).
