I have an NS-SPKBAR and I've liked it, until today, when it just stopped working. I tried it in the other USB ports with no luck. The blue light is on, and the sound was fine when I tested it thru the Control Panel hardware facility. What could the problem be? I've had it for approx 6 months.
If you're getting sound through the computer speakers when the speaker bar is not attached, the unit is likely in need of servicing. Since the product has a one year limited warranty, my recommendation would be to return the product to the store of purchase (along with your sales receipt) for service under the factory warranty.
