My headphones are no longer charging after plugging into the power supply. While plugged in I can turn it on and pair with my iPhone. While it's on I attempted to remove the power to see if it would stay on but it doesn't.
Any recommendations on what I can try?

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!
If you're giving the headphones the full time needed to charge (the red charging light indicator is off to reflect a full charge) and they will still not remain powered on after disconnecting the charger, I would recommend returning to the retailer of purchase if you're within the one year warranty period. I hope this helps.

My charger for the NS-BTHDP has failed, can not find my reciept and the telephone parts and service folks say no charger exists. Do I have to throw away the set already? Google and eBay aren't showing any chargers for sale and I would appreciate any help in finding a universal or even the pin out and voltage so I can make one.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi jasonneedham and welcome to the forum.
You can use any USB charger (they all share the same power specs: 5V, 500mAh) or you can simply connect the headset to your computer's USB port, it'll charge as well.
