NS-BRDVD firmware update mid july is it today?

Will we see the update today the 15th of july.... hope so.

Im curious what update are you speaking about .... looks like there was a update in June that made the blueray players equipped with a ethernet jack BD live but i cant get it to work for the life of me....

look in the support area of the ns-brdvd player... an update was schedule mid july, the unit never had a firmware upgrade

O i wish i could help ya with that.....i have the player that came out after yours been having trouble with the latest firmware that enabled bd-live on the player ...

I am checking everyday. I wonder if they are really working on firmware for these players.........

 

 

BTW, my remote stoped working, anyone know the remote code? someone told me its the same as sylvania or what ssome other brand but I have not had any luck finding these

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

I've forwarded the remote control concern to our technical team for review.  You may have followed these steps, but have you replaced the batteries?  Sometimes removing batteries for 60 seconds and replacing them may resolve the issue.  I'd also recommend unplugging the player and plugging it back in after about a minute just in case it's a player problem.  I hope this helps.
