Insignia voice bluetooth keeps disconnecting

It's been weeks since I played music through bluetooth from my phone using Google play. Ever since I've updated Google on my phone the Bluetooth function just doesn't work on all of my insignia voice speakers while my Google home mini have no issues. I've factory reset them multiple times and it would just disconnects when I open my Google play music app.

Welcome to our community. I stream music on my Google Home Mini almost every day, so I can imagine it'd be quite frustrating if I ran into an error like this. When you try to connect your phone to your Insignia Voice Speaker via Bluetooth, what (if any) error message do you receive? Does it appear on the list of devices to connect to?

 

Also, if you could please reply with the specific model number of your speaker, I'd appreciate it.
