I have two puzzling issues with my
Insignia™ - Voice™ Smart Portable Bluetooth Speaker and Alarm Clock with Google Assistant - First, on several, occasions my alarm has not gone off but when I ask what time my next alarm is set for I am informed I have an alarm at 6:10 AM that is going off now. Absolutely nothing I say will get that to stop, cancel, etc. The first time I gave up and reset the speaker, the second time I went to the Google Home app and found that the alarm had duplicated itself. Deleting both allowed me to set a new alarm.
Second, and most puzzling - my alarm never went off but I could see the time flashing. When I asked Hey Google what time is it the lights on the top lit up and then flashed as they do when the speaker is answering - but there was no sound. I tried several times, raised the volume and lowered it but could not hear any response. Turning the speaker off and back on fixed the issue - for now.
Any ideas would be welcomed, I need a reliable alarm clock/speaker combo.
