I bought a third Insignia Smart Speakers with Google Assistant to add to my home. The first two set up with no problem. The third one ( NS-CSPGASP)gets to the place in the setup process where it is Connecting to my home WiFi but never makes the connection. It's been trying for 20 minutes and the screen on my phone never changes, not even an error message.

I finally got it to connect to my home network by deleting the Google Home app from my phone and rinstalling it.
Then it prompted me for my network password before attempting to connect to my home wifi, it had never done this beofre.
Although it connected I was still not able to complete the setup. It got to the point where it was configuring the speaker and it said it would take a few moments, after several minutes I got a message that said:
There was a problem setting up Insignia NS CSPGASP.
The LED display on the speaker reads LOAd.

Hello booch221,
Thanks for sharing an update with us on your Insignia Voice Speaker issues. Have you tried to reset your speaker back to the factory setting by holding down the Microphone button for 12 seconds? Usually doing so can resolve this issue.
Let us know if that doesn’t work, and we’d be happy to continue help you troubleshoot the issues you’re experiencing.
Kindly,

Hello booch221,
Can you please share if your item is getting stuck in a certain color of light when displaying LOAD? Upon holding the Mic button it should do the following things:
While pressing the microphone/mute button after roughly 6 sec, the display (4 LEDS will flash white), continue holding another ~6sec until (4 LEDS solid ORANGE). Allow the device to complete the restart (factory reset) sequence ~60sec.
I look forward to your reply to continue to learn more about your speaker!

The NS-CSPGASP appers to be resetting properly.
I went to Best Buy and bought another NS-CSPGASP to see if the original speaker I bought on Ebay was defective.
I had exactly the same problem with the new speaker.
There is another thread on this topic:
It appears that you can't add a third Insignia speaker to your home network. The only 'help' offered is this:
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We are aware of this issue and have reached out to our Insignia engineers to request additional information regarding these errors. Although we do not have an estimated timeframe for a resolution, we will be sure to keep you updated here with any news that comes our way."

I also posting in the other thread, I have 4 speakers setup on one network and did not have these problems.
Is your router using band stearing ? that could be an issue
