Firmware Question

Is their a way to reset the firmware to default? I am getting a message "Root" on the DVD player when I insert a disk with the new BDLive firmware and I am thinking I need to go back to the original settings so that the player can accept the update. Any ideas???

Re: Firmware Question

Hello again cajunmicrowave,

I consulted our technical team on this issue.  It is recommended that you install the latest firmware update, or reinstall if necessary.  A method to rollback from to a previous firmware version is not available.

Sincerely,
John
