I completely understand your frustrations with the limitation on buying digital products of this nature but please know that the changes were done in an effort to curtail any attempts of fraud or possible money laundering. I know this can seem like an unnecessary burden and I do apologize for any inconvenience this may present but please know this was done after careful consideration. I totally understand and I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. While I wish I could change your mind, I am totally understanding that it is out of my control and you must use a lot of your rewards for this kind of purchases. Going to what best fits your needs is absolutely natural and something I think any savvy shopper would do based on their shopping trends. I do hope you will reconsider in the future and welcome you to reach out to us any time the need arises.

There, you can submit your request to have this change looked into for further review where it is considered further.
