Your return and exchange period (along with your price match time frame, should the item drop in price at best buy within your return and exchange period) would be based on your tier status at the time that the purchase was made. If you were a core member, this would currently be 15 days for most items sold at Best Buy, 14 days for cell phones and other days for items that can be activated.

Please know that your request will be based on your tier status at the time of your request. Should your tier status expire before your request, it would be based on your current tier. However, should your tier status upgrade after purchase, any requests would be based on your new tier status.
