Purchases not reflecting towards Rewards tier

I went back through my purchases made on my Best Buy account and as of just a few days ago i should have somewhere in the neighborhood of $1500 that i have spent but instead my account only lists me at $541. Even had my math been incorrect, it would still be well above $541 as i purchased a Laptop and accessories for a total order cost of $742 alone. I should be near or already beyond the threshold of elite status but that has not happened due to my spending not being reflected. If it help, i had 2 accounts that were merged recently and that may be why the system is not showing the proper amount.

Each purchase can play an important role when trying to reach Elite and Elite Plus status.  A single $1 purchase could stand between qualifying and not qualifying, so I can understand wanting to make sure your spending total is accurate.  It can generally take up to 20 days for an eligible purchase to reflect within a member's spending total.  If you have any purchases that are currently pending in your rewards account, then those totals may not be reflected yet.  Also, sales tax and any portion of a purchase that is paid for with a gift card or certificate is excluded.


You mentioned having a merge recently processed.  While actual purchase history in the secondary rewards account would not transfer over following a merge, any eligible spend total should have transferred.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will take a closer look at your rewards account to ensure everything is up-to-date.  You can send a private message by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
