My total purchase in 2018 is over $3500, but I'm in Elite in 2019.

As the membership policy says, to be Elite Plus, over $3500 purchase in the calendar year.

I calculated two times the total purchase in 2018 and it's definitely exceed $3500.

Could you double check why I'm in Elite grade in 2019, not Elite plus?

Re: My total purchase in 2018 is over $3500, but I'm in Elite in 2019.

Hello, uspzomv,

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

My wife and I purchased a couple appliances back in January, so I may get close to Elite status for the first time ever.  My fingers and toes are crossed.  As you are aware, a member would need to spend $3,500 on eligible purchases within a single calendar year to qualify for Elite Plus status.  If you did requalify for Elite Plus status back in 2018, then your status would not have expired in March and reverted to Elite.  Please make sure when reviewing your purchase history that you are not including sales tax or any portion of a purchase that was paid for with a gift card or certificate.

Your purchase history on will display the total including sales tax, so make sure to subtract it.  If after going through your purchase history again you still feel that you spent the required $3,500 to qualify for Elite Plus status, then send me a private message with the information listed below and I will take a closer look.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
