Kicked off website

Hi, my name is Sam. I am writing to you today, because I have not been allowed access to order on bestbuy for quite some time now. Apparently, I was kicked off without even knowing that I was doing anything to break any of the Best Buy rules. Now, it has been a very long while, and I was hoping that I would be allowed back. Since I have become more aware of the rules, I have absolutely no intention of breaking them again. As you can see, I am a BestBuy Elite Plus member. I have spent thousands of dollars on bestbuy.com, and wish to continue a good relationship with Bestbuy. Because of my history, and since I really did lack the knowledge to know that I was breaking any rules, I was hoping that you can please give me some leniency, compassion, and account forgiveness, especially since much time has passed since I was kicked off.

Welcome back to the forum and thank you for reconnecting with us. Shopping on BestBuy.com is more convenient for many customers, so I can understand your eagerness to reinstate these abilities. With that said, if we are no longer able to accept BestBuy.com orders from you, please know it is not a decision we would have made lightly and would not be reversed. Of course, you may shop with us in stores.
