So i have been dealing with the customer service number for over a month trying to resolve my issue. I have several purchases that are not being recognized towards my Elite Plus Status. They have escalated my issues several times. I have even spoken to a supervisor who stated that there was no other way to resolve this but to wait for someone to correct it. I have been waiting and calling back at the time frame they have given me to no resolve. This is frustrating as I was planning on making a few big purchases and would like to do them once i have my Elite Plus status.
Additionally, the supervisor stated that there was no one above her at the time, there was no phone or email addresss she could refer me to so that I can escalete and follow up myself.
I find that the customer service is lacking and I understand that somethings may be out of their control, however having canned responses, or not being empathatic during a frustrating situation is not appropriate or effective.
If someone could contact me I would be willing to give more details.
