Currently we sell many Vinyl records and gift cards for various streaming services, but CDs are not available. With that said, the items we have available are not necessarily a part of the event.

For the official Black Friday, I know online will start at 12 am but is that 12 am on Wendseday going into Thursday or Thursday going into Friday?

Trying to an purchase with early access black friday price since I am Elite member. The price showed up on 11/18/2018 but disappear on 11/19/2018. Chat with rep and he asked me to email the screenshot on the item and would receive an email with a link. I could order from that link with adjusted price. After 24 hours, I received an email but no link, chat again. Rep on chat referred me to phone order after an hour. Made a call to try to made a purchase, but I got transferred 4 times to different departments, I got requested a warm transfer, then the call got disconnect during the transfer. Rep on the call is trying to catch the word that they can get rid of customer, for example, if they heard Eilte, they transferred me to Elite reward dep. If they heard order, they transferred me to the order depart. If they heard adjustment price, they transferred me to adjustment dept. Therefore, I spent hours to try to make an order with my membership and obviously Bestbuy did not care. I dont see any value of being a Elite member at this point.

Thank you for being a My Best Buy Elite member! It's wonderful to hear you were able to check out some of our Black Friday Early Access deals available to our Elite and Elite Plus members on Sunday.
These are some great offers only available to our Elite and Elite Plus members. With that said, the event and deals would have ended at 11:59 p.m. CT Sunday night, with new deals becoming available to all My Best Buy members sometime after midnight Monday morning as the event continues through tonight at 11:59 p.m. CT. From the sounds of it, the item may have been a part of our deals on Sunday, but not yesterday and today.
With that said, I understand your phone experience has been far less than stellar. Our phone agents should be providing courteous and timely support, rather than leave you running around in circles. I apologize for any frustration this may have caused, and greatly appreciate you reaching out to share this experience.
In regards to the offer though, at this point we would be unable to honor any pricing that ended Sunday evening. We have many great offers available through 11:59 p.m. CT tonight though, and of course you can also keep an eye on BestBuy.com on Thursday morning as deals go live sometime after midnight.
