I have been an Best Buy Elite member for 2 years running and everytime I order something you guys never seem to ship my Items UPS 2 day. It states on there that there is no minimum purchase required and it seems unfair that you can advertise that and yet I never receive that service. I grow tired of this especially since I collect Blu-ray steelbooks and when shipped through the Postal Service it take longer which means more handling which increases the chances of damage to a collectible item. What can we do so that any time i order ann item i get the 2 day shipping as promised?

It would be frustrating though if you seemed to be missing out on one, and I would be seeking answers as well. Our free 2-day shipping is available to our Elite Plus members without a minimum purchase amount. As mentioned in the post below, we do our best to ensure the time frame is met, but there may be factors that impact this. Please know that our shipping times do not guarantee a particular level of shipping. As an example, if you do not live far from a store or fulfillment center, to get an order to you in the estimated time frame may not require overnight air or even express shipping, but merely ground shipping.
